Fintara Capital is not a licensed bank, broker, financial advisor, or securities dealer, and is not registered with the SEC, FCA, or any similar authority. This program is exempt from the U.S. Securities Acts (1933, 1934, 1940) and equivalent international laws governing public offerings. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your country before joining or investing. Fintara Capital does not accept members from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency investment programs are restricted or illegal.

3 - Financial Rules & Payments

All deposits are voluntary contributions into the program. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you provide. Once confirmed, Fintara Capital is not responsible for lost or incorrect wallet addresses supplied by members. Blockchain transaction fees or processing charges will be deducted from withdrawals, where applicable. All investment returns are estimates only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Fintara Capital reserves the right to adjust rates, commissions, and bonuses without prior notice. Deposits and withdrawals may be accepted in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or others as specified. Fiat payments are not supported unless explicitly stated.

All personal information submitted to Fintara Capital will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Fintara Capital is not liable for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

5 - Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability

All investments carry risk of loss. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your investment decisions. Fintara Capital, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for financial losses, delays, or technical issues beyond its control. Investments may be affected by market volatility, blockchain congestion, regulatory changes, and force majeure events. You agree that participation is at your own risk, and you will not hold Fintara Capital liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

6 - Member Conduct & Restrictions

Members must not use Fintara Capital for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity. Accounts involved in such activities will be terminated and funds may be frozen. Spamming, defamatory statements, or false reviews in public forums without first contacting Fintara Capital support is prohibited. Members who violate these rules may have their accounts permanently suspended without refund.

7 - Security & System Integrity

Fintara Capital uses blockchain transparency, encryption, and multi-level authentication to protect member funds and data. Members agree not to attempt hacking, exploiting, or interfering with the platform’s operation.

8 - Modifications & Updates

Fintara Capital reserves the right to amend these rules, rates, or policies at any time. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing the latest terms posted on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance.

9 - Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled through internal arbitration first, and if unresolved, in accordance with the governing laws of the jurisdiction where Fintara Capital is registered. Members agree not to pursue legal claims outside agreed arbitration procedures unless permitted by law.

By creating an account or investing with Fintara Capital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
